Finally Those Images I Promised.....

Okay, okay, I know, I'm a slacker.....finally I am posting some of those images I promised.  These are some from the New Background promotion from this month.  This is little Karlee, what a sweet little perfection of a baby.  Her big brother, Alex, is the cutie in the football collage under the cards and art gallery.  Karlee is now one year, and we got sooooo many cute ones, but I'm just putting a few here.

And of course, this one....which is super cute too.....Like I said, there were wayyyyyyyyy too many cute ones.  Well, I take that back, you can never have too many cute ones, but dang, there were tons.......

Yay, Jordin Won!!!!

This one's for my sis.........YYYYAAAAAAYYYYYYY, Jordin won American Idol!  Honestly, I'm so excited for her album when it comes out - I'm sure it will be phenomenal.  Seriously love Blake too, but I just HAD to agree with the judges.  So sad that it's over now, what EVER will I do with my Tuesday and Wednesday evenings?  Thank God for the new show "On the Lot".  Just in case you missed it, it looks very entertaining.  It's about directors vying for a million dollar contract with Dreamworks.  YES!!!!  My most passionate past time outside of my family is movies, movies, movies!  LOVE to go to the movies, usually alone (then I can not be distracted by talkie talkie), so this show is RIGHT up my alley!!!!!

Ok, I have some new images I will be posting today, but I'm at home at the moment without access to my stuff.  I'll post from a couple sessions, and then tell the story about my little pet birdie.....well, he (being the mom of four boys makes me think in boy) was my pet for a short time.  Or should I say mascot?  Well, it's sweet, so more on that later today!!!!!

Melinda Doolittle Voted Off...

I have to say, I'm quite sad to not be seeing Melinda in the finale of American Idol this year.  Boo stinking hoo.  She's AWESOME!!  I just love her voice, and her personality too.  Now, I like Jordin and Blake, and I think they are both deserving, but just LOVE Melinda.  It was a toughie, they are all good.  My twin sister, Cindy, is happy as a clam because Jordin is her fave.  Anyway, Jordin is awesome, Blake is refreshing, so who will win?  Awesome girl power singer, or different cutie patooty Blakie Boy......what can I say, American Idol is my television weakness...each year I'm obsessed throughout the season, to the point that I schedule it in my calendar so I don't miss it.....

Ok, I do have more to talk about than American Idol.... did I mention that I love to watch House?   

Ok, seriously, I'll shut up about TV now!  Here is a senior from Millard South, Melissa....what a beautiful girl.  Love these so much I have to put them on here....

And........ One of my 2 year old, Jamie just for the heck of it.....  Another little "story behind the image".... Jamie was running around like crazy that morning in January, while I was trying to capture the "perfect" image, of course.  Well, I was getting a little "flummoxed", since he IS my child, I have higher expectations of cooperation, and couldn't figure out how to make this child do what I wanted him to do...Laura, my lovely assistant  (click to see larger), helped too, but he required chasing.  So, I said to myself, "Maybe if I put him on the tall stool, I can contain him.....and this is the very first image of him on the stool....I should title it..."I Admit Defeat".   He looks resigned to his fate, but I LOVE it!  I did get other really cute ones after this, but this was my fave.

NEW BACKGROUND SPECIAL

I'm announcing the special for the new background...I should probably give it a title..I'll have to think on that one.  Ok, I'm sure I've said this before, but I absolutely LOVE this background!  It's elegant and muted and just beautiful.  I just love the warm tones.  Oh, and did I mention that there are only TWO in existence?  Mine and one somewhere in Kansas, so aren't we the lucky ones.....

Ok, on to the special.....

During the month of May, every Tuesday and Thursday, and also Saturday the 12th, ALL sessions are only $25, and you will receive 25% off you ENTIRE order, including handbags and frames.  Ok, now since this is the new background special, these sessions will be photographed using the...drumroll.....NEW BACKGROUND!!!  So dress appropriately!!  Call for suggestions!
